Fitch Fellow Shawn Evans (2010-2011) spoke last week at the New Mexico Building Creative Communities Conference, in a session titled “Fresh Approaches to Historic Preservation: Connections to Community Identity.” Shawn’s talk explored the implications of the Ohkay Owingeh project and was an opportunity to share a great deal of the materials and knowledge gained through Fitch-funded research.
